How to Use Fake Eyes
After undergoing eyeball implants and making fake eyes, you can install fake eyes independently at home. Installation of false eyes can be done by following the following methods:- Wash your hands first.
- Wash fake eyes with special soap and warm water.

- Hold the false eye between the thumb and middle finger, then lift the upper eyelid with the other hand.
- Insert the upper part of the false eye into the upper eyelid.
- Hold the false eye with the index finger, while the other hand pulls the lower eyelid, so the false eye enters the lower eyelid.
Without using a suction cup
- Wash your hands first.
- Pull the lower eyelid using the index finger.
- Look up and the fake eye will come out through the lower eyelid.
By using a suction cup
- Wet the suction cup first with clean water.
- Squeeze the handle of the bowl and press the surface of the false eyeball with the mouth of the bowl.
- Remove the squeeze slowly and make sure the mouth of the bowl is attached to the false eye.
- Pull the lower eyelid and remove the false eye through the lower eyelid.
Fake Eye Care
Fake eye can also cause allergic reactions and inflammation, especially if cleanliness is not maintained. Some signs of inflammation to look out for are watery eyes, and pain and swelling in the eye area. To prevent inflammation, follow these tips for treating false eyes:- Wash fake eyes once a month with a special soap that is free of softener and not erosive.
- Fake eye can be used while sleeping, except when the ophthalmologist gives other instructions.
- Use a suction cup when installing or removing fake eyes.
- Don't remove the fake eye pairs too often.
- Drop eye drops of lubricant on the false eye.
- Get a fake eye check with oculary once a year.
- Change fake eyes once every 5 years.
- Visit the ocular if the false eyeball feels loose, to be adjusted again.
- For children under 3 years, check it 3-4 times a year.
- For children 3 years and older, check 2 times a year.
